Summer 2021 Funding Program
The Meruelo Family Center for Career Development is pleased to offer funding for Summer 2021 in support of professional experiences and student's career development.
The Career Development Funding Program is intended to provide funding to support expenses related to food, transportation, and housing that are incurred as a result of a student participating in an unpaid or very low paid experience. Virtual experiences are eligible only for students receiving Notre Dame financial aid. The Funding Program is not available as an option for income replacement.
Summer 2021 applications will be reviewed starting on the deadline date of April 17, 2021, with responses back to students by early May. A second rolling deadline is June 15. Applications submitted after April 17th will be reviewed on a rolling basis every two weeks, or until all funding has been allocated.
Students are advised to evaluate health and safety conditions with any experience, particularly related to COVID-19. Funding support through the University does not constitute endorsement of the health and safety conditions at a particular location.
